Vacancies
In order to create a job advertisement on INJO, you have to create a company profile. Then you choose a basic or premium membership in the member manager. Both options entitle you to place job advertisements.
As soon as you have acquired a membership, you can place job advertisements in the INJO environment and give them a status. We also offer you the opportunity to view or reactivate job advertisements that have already expired. This is an advantage, for example, when a new occupation accurs.
All actions related to the recruiting process can be seen in the INJO environment. Talents apply with just a few clicks on a job advertisement. You will then find the application in your company profile. You can contact the respective applicant immediately via the INJO-chat and invite them to a Zoom interview. We also offer you the opportunity to mark applications with a status. This gives talents a clear picture of the current status of the application process and saves time.
